2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5619 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 07.02.2019, but however owing to communication gap they could not surrender nor furnish the bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated, the time for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67602 of 2019(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 order dated 07.022019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5619 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
