====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of deceased girl, who in his written complaint has stated that his daughter is traceless since 25.05.2017 and after much search he has instituted this case on 04.06.2017 on the basis of suspicion against Shardanand Chaudhary, Prakash Das and Mantu Kumar who are involved in transportation of innocent girls.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39050 of 2018(3) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 this case. Mantu Kumar against whom allegation is of involvement in transportation of innocent girls has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1050 of 2017 vide order dated 24.01.2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017.
