2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mohaniya P.S. Case No. 694 of 2024 lodged on 20.10.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) & 21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87048 of 2024 with liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail two months after framing of charge. Counsel submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 23.07.2025 which is annexed as Annexure-P/3. Counsel submits that in the earlier rejection order, it has been categorically observed that the seized

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioner be granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohaniya P.S.
