The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No.99 of 2019/G.R. No.1624 of 2019 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that on receiving the secret information about gathering of the miscreants for making the plan to commit heinous crime at Biduria Morh, the informant along with other police personnel reached there and saw sixseven persons present there. On seeing the police party, they started to flee away but, on chase, the petitioner and two others were apprehended. On search, the petitioner was found in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67408 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 possession of one loaded country made pistol. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.05.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No.99 of 2019/G.R. No.1624 of 2019.
