The petitioner who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mahila Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, after one year of custody the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (S. Kumar, J) veena/- U T
