The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 445 of 2017 Special Case No. 156/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to outrage the modesty of informant while she was returning after finishing her exam on a motorcycle. In her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., teasing has been alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2018.

Case No. 445 of 2017 Special (POCSO) Case No. 156/2017.
