2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 302, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted wife of the informant, while she was going to temple, and also snatched Nathuni and ear-ring from her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged after a delay of 10 days without there being any plausible explanation of delay. As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant's wife, but there is no injury report on record to substantiate the case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sikarhatta P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
