Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ranitalab P.S.Case No.35 of 2016 dated 28.3.2016 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,324, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, petitioner caught hold to the informant and co-accused stabbed him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the statement of the injured was recorded in the Hospital earlier in which he has not named these petitioners rather the allegation has been made against other accused of stabbing and snatching golden chain.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and cir2019cumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Malviya, J.M. Ist class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Ranitalab P.S.Case no.35 of 2016 dated 28.3.2016 , subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
