JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Malayapur P. S. Case No. 56 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of IPC. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is general allegation of assault to the informant by this petitioner and other accused persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. No specific allegation has been attributed against this petitioner of assault.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing
