2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 160/2025 dated 09.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 137(2), 140(1) read with section 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant along with his son was going to his shop, in the meantime, the petitioner and the other unknown miscreants came in a car and assaulted and forcibly took his son in the said car and kidnapped him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72086 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 25.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57185/2025. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the said vehicle was being driven by the petitioner from which the victim was kidnapped.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Lakhisarai in connection withLakhisarai P.S. Case No. 160/2025, with the condition:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
