2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar Excise P.S. Case No. 213 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The recovery is of 1.5 liters of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 29.08.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let

No.72619 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Sadar Excise P.S. Case No. 213 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Chhapra Muffasil Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
