The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite several representations to the concerned respondents, no decision has been taken as yet even though the claim of the petitioner has been admitted at one stage by the authority in question. In case the petitioner makes a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Gopalganj, Bihar (respondent No. 3) within a period of four weeks, the same shall be looked into by the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter and such representation shall be disposed off by a reasoned order after verifying the facts and if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
