The petitioner seeks bail in Singhia P.S. Case No. 15/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2018.
It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner assaulted Raj Kishore Sahu (brother of the informant) with Kutta causing him injury on his finger. Injury report is available in the case diary which shows that injured Raj Kishore Sahu has sustained four injuries, out of which injury no. 2, i.e. incised wound on left little finger, is grievous in nature. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Vth, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 15/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
