Petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta P.S. Case No.108 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 384/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner made demand of Rangdari of rupees one lac. The Petitioner is said to be in custody since 31.10.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42104 of 2018 (3) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S.
