2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 76, 109, 352(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of husband of informant with iron rod, as a result of which, husband of informant sustained injury in right frontal scalp. Opinion regarding nature of injury has been kept reserved by the doctor. Case and counter case. Both parties are co-villagers. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73107 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S.
