As per earlier order, both the parties are present in the Chambers and this petitioner/husband paid a sum of Rs.2,500/- to Opposite Party No.2/wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petitioner is ready to keep her wife with full honour and dignity and this petitioner is willing to take his wife to her matrimonial home today itself.

Both the parties have agreed to live together

This petitioner is directed to take his wife to her matrimonial house today itself.

Let provisional bail be extended for further six months, as the petitioner has already been granted provisional bail for further order for reconciliation by order dated 28.11.2023 subject to the following condition that both the parties shall appear physically before the learned trial court, on the first week of every month, as fixed by the learned trial court and learned trial court shall confirm the bail bonds of the petitioner, if satisfied with the behavior/act of the petitioner toward his wife and also if the learned trial court is not satisfied with the behavior/act of the wife/opposite party no.2 towards her husband, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall still be confirmed by the learned trial court. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner shall not keep her wife with full honour and dignity, during period of provisional bail, then the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be cancelled by the learned trial court itself.
