No. 2084 of 2017 in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017.
Submission of learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been in judicial custody since long and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future and other coaccused of this case having similar allegation has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 01.08.2018 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1842 of 2018.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that similarly situated
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2660 of 2018 (3) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 co-accused has already been enlarged on bail, this appeal is allowed, let the appellant above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge SC/ST, Aurangabad, in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017, subject to the condition that appellant shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and shall appear as and when required by the court, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of her bail bonds (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
