1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State alongwith learned counsel Mr. Parwez Khan, for the OP. No. 02.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed by the learned SDJM, Samastipur in Complaint Case No. 746 of 2022, TR No. 2937 of 2022, whereby cognizance of offences under Section 498A of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74046 of 2022(4) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been taken.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 02 at the outset submits that he has instructions to make submission that the OP No. 02 has no objection in the event if the order dated 21.09.2022 passed by the learned SDJM, Samastipur whereby cognizance has been taken is quashed as the matrimonial dispute has been settled and she is presently staying with her husband.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners also concurs to the submission made by the learned counsel for the OP No. 02.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the OP. No. 02, the order dated 21.09.2022 passed by the learned SDJM, Samastipur, in Complaint Case No. 746 of 2022, TR No. 2937 of 2022 whereby cognizance of offence under Section 498A of the IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been taken, is hereby quashed.
