It appears that due to inadvertence in the cause title of the order No. 4 dated 7.12.2017, the name of petitioner No. 2 has wrongly been typed as "Sharmila Pravin" whereas it should have been "Shahina Pravin".

Let name of petitioner No. 2 in the cause title of the order No. 4 dated 07.12.2017, be read as "Shahina Pravin." in place of "Sharmila Pravin", The order No. 4 dated 07.12.2017 is modified to the extent indicated above.

As prayed for, the time for surrendering of the petitioner No. 2 in the court below is extended by another four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Let this order be communicated to the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017.
