This is an application for regular bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has stated in his written complaint that on 14.04.2018 when his son had gone to take bath in Ganga River, some unknown persons took away his passion motorcycle. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that Petitioner was remanded in this case on 07.05.2018 since then he is in custody. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43911 of 2018(3) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018.
