In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504, 506/24 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. As per allegation, some altercation took place between the informant and the petitioner for cleaning of the drainage system. It is further alleged that the petitioner fired shot, which hit the left arm, rib and the back region of the injured Ranjit Kumar and near the left shoulder of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72297 of 2022(4) dt.26-04-2023 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is under custody since 30.04.2022.

On the other hand, the learned APP, Shri J.N. Thakur has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the witnesses in the case diary including the injured themselves have stated that the petitioner fired shot and made them injured. The petitioner is under custody for about one year and he is a person of clean antecedent. Considering these facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date of trial. In case of failure on two consecutive dates without any valid reason, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offense, the prosecution will have liberty to
