Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for the last more than 16 months and trial has not been concluded as yet.

Heard learned APP and from perusal of the report it appears that only two witnesses have been examined in this case and allegation against the petitioner is of commission of rape and later on daughter of the informant has committed suicide. Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45177 of 2018 (3) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 further period of six months.
