Petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P.S.Case No.106 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 302, 328 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R. petitioner is suspected to have killed sister of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion against the petitioner and that he had illicit relation with the wife of Chunna nut, there is nothing against the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45707 of 2018 (3) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.XII, Bhojpur, Ara, in Chandi P.S.Case No.106 of 2017 with condition that bailers must be of local resident having sufficient property in the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
