2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 342, 323 , 324 , 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence when the informant was going to the village Chaumukh and reached near the house of the petitioners, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted him by giving iron blow on the head of the informant due to which he sustained injury . It is further alleged that petitioners Jugesh Thakur and Sugandh Thakur snatched his motorcycle and two cameras.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and a counter case . There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Rest of the allegation is ornamental in order to make the case grave . It is further submitted that later on , both the parties have resolved the disputes before Gram Kachari. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
