2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other criminals have committed the murder and loot and subsequently the looted articles have been recovered.

4. The petitioner has similar and serious antecedents also and he is in jail since 17.03.2022.

5. Considering the involvement in the crime and also considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in the loot and murder of a CSP Operator, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80235 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
