Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14533 of 2022.

Trial Court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 28.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2022.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Jagdishpur P. S.
