2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 35, 26(1), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered. When his shop was searched, lathe machine and other articles used for manufacturing arms was also recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case of similar nature.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.
7. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of custody of one year. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) Sudhanshu/- U T
