JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Panapur Police Station Case No. 01 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 353, 384, 385, 188/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that when one Chaukidar has gone for serving the notice under Section 144 Cr.P.C., the petitioners refused to take notice and also made altercation with him and snatched the key of his motorcycle. Learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they have falsely been implicated in this case and no such

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so desire, may surrender and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below shall decide the same on the merit of the case, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
