The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2022 in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 441 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceedings of the Court below. If the petitioner tries to delay the trial then the Court below is at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation the bail bonds of the petitioner. The petitioner shall mark his presence before the Riga Police Station, District-Sitamarhi on 1st Sunday of every month failing which his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.
