It has been correctly mentioned by the learned counsel for the appellant that in the cause title of order dated 29.01.2018, while mentioning address of the appellant, the name of district has been typed as "Darbhanga" in stead of "Aurangabad" which is ordered to be corrected as "Aurangabad" and be read so, and further in the second line of 2nd paragraph, Cr. Appeal No. 44/17 has been typed in place of Cr. Appeal No. 40/17. The same also is corrected and be read as Cr. Appeal No. 40/2017.
