At an earlier occasion vide Annexure-1, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 13.12.2017 under Cr.Misc. Nos. 39946 and 37749 of 2017. After going through the same, it is evident that relevant materials whatsoever collected uptil submission of charge-sheet had already been taken into consideration.

The connectivity of the petitioner is found duly surfaced whereupon, does not require reconsideration. Prayer for bail is rejected.
