This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khajauli P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 30 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2023. He is also accused in six more criminal cases. 4.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The District Judge, Madhubani is directed to get the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner expedited at the earliest.
