The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is not named in the First Information Report. Also there is no material in the case diary to corroborate the allegation against him.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.11543 of 2017 (3) dt.30-03-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M IV, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S.
