Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the F.I.R., it appears that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion and also complaint case was lodged after four days. Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
