2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019, registered on 25.06.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the proseuction, FIR has been lodged against six named accused persons including the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75577 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/3 petitioners, who are alleged to have conspired with each other to assault the informant. It is further alleged that the accused persons forcibly took Rs. 30,000/- in cash from the informant's pocket, along with a gold chain weighing approximately 2 bhar.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application of the petitioners has been disposed off by the Sessions Judge, Saharsa in Anticipatory Bail Appeal No. 1015 of 2023, with a direction to surrender within a period of four weeks' and seek prayer for regular bail. Counsel further submits that the petitioners are ready to comply the order dated 15.12.2023, passed by the Sessions Court, Saharsa, but since the time has already elapsed, therefore, the time to surrender before the Trial Court may be extended, counting the same from the date of the present order.

4. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the Trial Court in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019 pending before the Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Saharsa within four weeks' for seeking regular bail in terms of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75577 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 3/3 order dated 15.12.2023, passed by the Sessions Court, Saharsa.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present application stands disposed off.
