Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2016 registered under Sections307, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail which was rejected vide order dated 09.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49660 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in the case on 09.03.2017. Learned counsel has annexed copy of the order framing the charge with the application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15500 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No. 125 of 2017.
