2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 17.08.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 1008 of 2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 157 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
