JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 Heard the parties. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S.Case No. 04 of 2017 arising out of Buxar (Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 181 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 20 (b), (ii), (c) and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Allegation As per F.I.R. against the petitioner is that there is recovery of 19 packets of Ganja from the vehicle (Toyota Corolla Car) of the accused persons, who succeeded in fleeing away from there and accordingly, seizure list has been

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in the present case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.06.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayed for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
