The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his cousin brother-in-law Chalitar Ram had brought wood from his field. When the informant asked, Chalitar Ram and others indiscriminately assaulted the informant and his family members. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the injury report it appears that Pushpa Devi, Manish Kumar, Srikant Ram and Gayatri Devi got injuries. Pushpa Devi got grievous injury on her neck but, there is allegation that the

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
