Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Seikhpura P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections- 420, 406, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. Co-accused against whom specific allegations have been levelled has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17710 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18266 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Cas No. 123 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
