2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 241 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 74 and 77 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act and Sections 3(i), 3(r), 3(s) of the SC/ST Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have tried to disrobe the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that due to dispute
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71278 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 regarding grazing the paddy seeds, altercation took place between the father of the informant and the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO cum- Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 241 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
