This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 120B, 323, 498A, 406, 504, 34, 304B and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is ready for reconciliation.
The learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and the State are also appearing.
In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with T.R. No. 1261 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1470 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Atul Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Samastipur, or successor Court with the condition that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16835 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 the Court below shall confirm the provisional bail after satisfaction that the petitioner is ready and willing for restoration of conjugal life.
