2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 74/2025 dated 13.08.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 79, 111, 141, 143, 145, 98, 296 read with 3(5) of the B.N.S., Sections 13 and 14 of the POCSO Act, Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act, Section 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic Act and Section 16 of the Bounded labour System (Abolition) Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a raid was made in the orchestra and musical group and from their possession, minor girls were recovered who were engaged in dance and were

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not an Assistant of the Sapna Orchestra and Jaagran and he has no concern with the said Orchestra. As per the impugned order, it is clear that six recovered girls have given their statement u/s 183 of the B.N.S.S. wherein they have stated that they were working in an orchestra. Nothing else has been stated by them. The other coaccused person has been granted regular bail by the co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76339/2025. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Saran Mahila

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72332 of 2025(3) dt.01-12-2025 3/3 P.S. Case No. 74/2025, with the condition:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
