Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the prayer portion of his application due to inadvertent mistake station of Presiding Officer has wrongly been mentioned inasmuch as instead of Sri P.K. Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bagaha, West Champaran, it has wrongly been typed as learned Additional District and Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran. In view of the aforesaid, let order dated 24.09.2019 be modified in the operative portion to the extent that instead of Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, it may be read as to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Sharma, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bagaha, West
