2. Counsel for the petitioner however, submits that in course of compliance of the order passed by the writ Court he has been put to grave inconvenience because of dumping of garbage in his ingress and egress point.

3. Petitioner would be at liberty to avail of his remedy in

Patna High Court MJC No.1038 of 2017 dt.19-07-2018 2/2 appropriate proceedings.

4. No further orders need be passed in the instant case.

5. The contempt proceeding is dropped.
