The petitioner, who is in custody since 12.08.2019, seeks bail in connection with Agiawan (G) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 353 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Though the petitioner is said to have opened fire on the police party, which had gone to arrest the fugitives, including the petitioner, but there is no injury reported on any one of the police personnel.

The petitioner has clean antecedent.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has deliberately been made accused in this case at the instance of the local police.

Case No. 116 of 2019.
