====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 Heard Mr. Subesh Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Surendra Prasad Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 235 of 2021, arising out of Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the report dated 16.02.2024 submitted by the learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa, the trial is at the verge of conclusion.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected.
