The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is second attempt made by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner is suffering from various diseases and she may not survive, if put behind bar.

From perusal of the materials available on the record, it appears that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was already rejected earlier with a direction to surrender and make prayer for regular bail. However, the petitioner has again moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground of illness. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to surrender and make prayer for bail on the ground of illness and the court below will consider the same and dispose of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23610 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 the application, if possible, on the same day. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
