The petitioner seeks bail in Bachhwara P.S. Case No.12 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. About 54 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a Bolero vehicle of which the petitioner was a driver. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 28.01.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25008 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.12 of 2017.
