JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.246 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier this Court has rejected the bail of the petitioner. This time also this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months on day to day basis from the date of receipt/production of the order of this Court. The trial court must ensure the presence of witnesses as well as official witness without any delay.
